Chachapoyas City Tour

In the city of Chachapoyas, several places are visited such as the house of Toribio Rodríguez de Mendoza, who was a Spanish-Peruvian priest and educator.

The House of the Two Roses is also visited. This bears that name because one of the walls of the room is written the poem "The Death of the Two Roses" whose author Napoleón Tenorio Santillán dedicated to the death of his wife.

Later, we move to the Pottery Town of Huancas, where we will visit one of the families that are dedicated to the ancestral manufacture of handicrafts and ceramics.

We finish the tour in the Sonche Canyon at 2620 m.a.s.l. with a depth that reaches up to 962 meters. From the viewpoint, we will appreciate the varied and rugged geography that makes up this part of the Amazon Andes.
